Returns and Refund Policy
All I’m Busy Boards are handmade and custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Please ensure that all original packaging is retained, as photographic evidence will be required to support any claims with the shipping company.
Exchanges
As all items are bespoke, we do not offer Exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If any issues are identified, we will inform you.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
