How far in advance do I need to place an order?
For our Busy Boards, we recommend placing your order 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for design, personalization, and production.
If you require your order sooner, please email us at info@busyboards.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For our Activity Booklets, we recommend placing your order 2–4 days in advance.
What age are the Busy Boards and Activity Booklets suitable for?
Our Busy Boards are designed for children aged 12–16 months and onwards. The activities included are carefully selected to be age-appropriate, supporting early development, fine motor skills, problem-solving, and independent play.
Our Activity Booklets are generally aimed at children aged 18 months to 3 years. However, this is an approximation—both younger and older children can also engage with and benefit from the activities.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are only offering our products within the UAE. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the near future.
Can I request a personalised theme that is not listed?
If you have a specific theme in mind that is not currently listed on our website, we would love to hear from you!

What about the safety of the Busy Boards?
Please refer to our Safety page on the website for detailed information regarding the safety of our Busy Boards.
All of our boards go through internal safety checks to ensure they are suitable for use. However, we strongly recommend that Busy Boards are always used with adult supervision.
Can I purchase a stand later if I don’t order one with my board?
Yes, you can purchase a stand at a later stage if you did not originally order one with your Busy Board.
Please note that the stand will need to be fitted by yourself.
Do you create boards for children with special educational needs / students of determination?
Yes, our Busy Boards can be customised to suit your child’s individual needs and interests.
Please ensure you complete all relevant sections in the order form, so we can tailor the board appropriately.
Do I get to decide what goes on the board?
Our Busy Boards are thoughtfully designed based on your child’s age and interests.
